Dale Crosby, Managing Director of Business Aptitude, has over 25 years experience in sales and marketing, operations and financial management, both in product and service environments, and at a corporate and small business level. He has delivered and implemented successful operational and marketing strategies to retail, manufacturing and service firms. He has postgraduate degrees in Science and Business Administration and is a Member of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Dorothy Crosby is a founding Director of Business Aptitude and has over 20 years experience working with businesses and professional service practices. After graduating from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Economics Degree, Dorothy worked for Price Waterhouse before starting her own business. Today, she is responsible for our external training programs and provides ongoing advice and practice management support to accounting firms.
