This webinar will explore the key initiatives that firms are undertaking, both nationally and internationally, to increase fees. We'll talk about how to effectively differentiate your firm and implement plans to get more fees from existing clients and attract new clients. Services development and integration, the 'hot' business development topic for 2012, will be discussed.
This webinar will be presented by Dale Crosby, Managing Director of Business Aptitude. Dale has over 25 year’s experience in relationship marketing environments and has worked closely with staff of accounting firms over the past 10 years to achieve great results.
Update on Online Marketing and Social Media for Accounting Firms – Wednesday 22nd February 2012 (12.30pm - 1.30pm AEDT)
A recent article in the US Journal of Accountancy said that “ Accounting firms are all about people and relationships. So, if you are about people and relationships, social media is just another dimension of that relationship. People keep thinking it’s all about the technology, and it’s not. It is really about the relationship.” Has your firm considered the benefits of online marketing and social media as a part of your marketing strategy in 2012. Many firms are unsure whether they have the time and the resource to focus on these elements of marketing, even if they have the interest.
In this webinar, we will look at current trends in online marketing, including social media. Special guest Kim Larochelle, an online marketing expert from DRPR Public Relations, will discuss how professional firms, including accounting practices, are using social media and other online strategies to really enhance relationships with clients and target markets. We'll introduce five effective ways to get started in social media, as well as discuss the use of other online marketing tools include webinars and content sharing tools.
Webinars are a great way to engage your team in discussing key issues relevant to their professional development and the growth of your firm. Also, every registrant will receive a link to the recording for later review and discussion, so you don't necessarily have to attend the webinar on the day.
