Engagement - The key to increased productivity, job enjoyment and client satisfaction.

A New 2-part webinar program featuring Tao de Haas,  well known psychotherapist and Dale Crosby, specialist practice consultant. LAST DAY TO REGISTER.

Data from a recent global study shows that only 29% of the workforce is fully engaged. This means that, on average, 29% of your staff fully contribute positively to achieve the firm’s objectives. The study also showed that 54% of staff are not effectively engaged, and the remaining 17% are actively disengaged.

Could you do more to effectively engage your staff to deliver better outcomes? To what extent do you see lack of interest and motivation affecting the ability of your firm to achieve great results for its clients?

The program consists of 2 interactive and educational sessions, incorporating both the theory and practice of staff engagement in professional firms.

Learning outcomes:

  1. Understand why lack of staff engagement is one of the major HR challenges for accounting firms, contributing to lost productivity, higher turnover and client dissatisfaction.
  2. Explore the most common disengagers for staff, including real-life examples from accounting firms.
  3. Understand the keys to engaging staff to enable them to think, take action and get control over their work and their clients.
  4. Implement a proven 10 step process to achieve greater productivity, job enjoyment and client satisfaction for your firm.

This program will be facilitated by Tao De Haas (Corporate XL) and Dale Crosby (Business Aptitude). It is designed to help principals, partners and managers of accounting firms actively engage staff and create a more positive, productive work environment. Tao is a qualified and registered psychotherapist and is a regular contributor to ICAA seminars. Dale is an experienced practice management consultant who has worked with the staff of many accounting firms to achieve great results.

Both Tao and Dale will discuss specific techniques that are guaranteed to engage your staff. A workbook and other relevant handouts will be provided to all registrants.
