National Employee Engagement Benchmark Survey
What keeps your employees engaged with their workplace? Are you struggling to get staff fully engaged with their jobs and your practice development activities?
Over the next month, Training Beyond Accounting is conducting the first Employee Engagement Benchmark Survey for Accounting Firms. The objective of the study is to assess the extent to which accounting firms provide an environment which encourages staff to reach their full potential.
The survey incorporates a total of 35 general and multiple-choice questions and should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. It is recommended that the survey is completed by a senior member of the firm's management team, preferably principal, partner, practice manager or HR manager. If you wish, you are welcome to submit separate surveys by division.
All responses are treated in total confidence. Results from individual firms will be collated to create a clearer picture of employee engagement in public practice accounting. For participating in the survey, you will receive a complimentary benchmark report summarising the results of the survey.
