Reminder - January 2012 Webinar Program for Accounting Firms

Happy new year!  We're starting off the 2012 webinar program with sessions on strategic planning and the change management process. If you intend to implement any significant new process in your firm in 2012, I recommend that you attend the first session featuring Tao de Haas, an 'expert' behavioural psychologist who works with firms to achieve real change. On 1st February, I am running a webinar on the strategic planning process. This will be a very practical session and is relevant for anyone in your firm involved in project management.
