- At the commencement of an assignment, you will receive documents confirming project terms and conditions.
- Decisions and actions are documented throughout an assignment, with a copy provided to the client for reference.
- You will receive a customer service call from us a regular basis to review progress and discuss any concerns or issues you may have with the assignment.
- At the conclusion of your assignment, a debrief will be conducted. This will include a review of outcomes vs original terms of reference.
- Throughout the process, our assigned consultant is always be available to answer queries, address concerns and suggest ways forward.
