Selection of Projects completed

  1. External Practice Manager one day per week for 3 months to ensure that key systems and procedures for day to day practice management were put in place. Included planning and facilitation of production and management meetings, development and implementation of formal staff training program, implementation of key systems and procedures, ongoing monitoring of workflow, production targets and job budgets. Training of key staff to take over responsibilities once the project had concluded.

  2. Full Benchmark analysis involving analysis of firm’s financial position vs industry benchmarks. Including client analysis, review of charge-out rates, salary levels, productivity levels. Comprehensive written report including strategic recommendations for the practice.

  3. Development of written internal procedures for workflow management, including calling-in of work, client meetings, budgeting, billing, printing and collation, etc. Incorporation of procedures into existing firm intranet. Training for all relevant administrative and accounting staff. Ongoing review of implementation process.
