I was looking for ways to grow the firm and for some guidance to improve the firm in other areas such as cashflow. Our introduction to the services of BA was when we decided to implement and internal intranet procedures system. We purchased the intranet system with the many bare procedures and needed to adapt it to the way we did things. This task was made much easier through the services of BA which facilitated the exercise by breaking every task down into processes. The entire exercise was well co-ordinated and we were very happy with the result. Since then, we have used the services of BA in other areas including marketing , client communication and systems and procedures. I continue to use the services of BA which I find to be invaluable in assisting with production, budgets and general output of the practice.
